During his first year of work, Gabriel was involved in Panglao Island Nature Resort’s development of their Mit-hi Spa. The new addition to the hotel had a pool area surrounded by lush landscape with its main structure is facing the sea. The place boasts of magnificent views and well preserved marine life right in front of its shores, making the spa a true destination to relax and indulge the senses. Gabriel did the softscape planning for this project, selecting acclimatized or native species that best represents the spa’s ambition to be a retreat to nature away from all the distractions of urban living.
